PROGRAM INFORMATION: The items in this program have been approved by Jefferson City Correctional Center. Incarcerated Individuals who were violation free for the year of 2022 are eligible to receive one Incentive Package. Incarcerated Individuals, Family and friends are allowed to place orders for eligible incarcerated individuals. An incarcerated individual may receive one order, not to exceed a maximum of $100 of product. There is a $20 product minimum per order, this minimum does not include shipping or sales tax. Any orders received under this $20 product minimum will be canceled and refunded to the customer. Incarcerated Individuals, please fill out an order form located with your facility, once completed, present your order form to the business office for processing. The payment amount will be verified and deducted from your inmate trust account. Orders and payment are then mailed to Union Supply Direct for processing.
 
ORDERING PERIOD: Incarcerated Individuals, Family & Friends: Orders accepted February 6 - February 28, 2023.  All orders must be received by Union Supply Direct by February 28, 2023. Orders received after this date will not be processed.

However, Union Supply Direct does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our catalog, order form or website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In addition, manufacturers may make changes in product design, color, package size and style at any time. Union Supply Direct reserves the right to update or correct item information and to change prices and offers at any time. If a product offered by Union Supply Direct is not as described, your remedy is as follows: (1) Immediately return it, unused, upon receipt while complying with your facility’s rules and regulations. (2) If an item is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute with an item of equal or greater value. If no substitution is preferred, please check the box on the order form that states, “do not substitute” and we will happily issue a refund for the item(s). We regret any of these changes and make every effort to ship the proper product that you request.
 
PAYMENT METHOD: Union Supply Direct accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, personal check or money order (must be domestic, printed in the U.S) and facility check. We accept all major credit and debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact card holder name, billing address, CVV code and telephone number that your credit card issuer bank has on file for you.

Credit* When order ships There will be a hold on your credit card for the amount of the order. The hold on your card will be removed and your card will be charged at the time the package ships.
Debit* When order ships There will be a hold on your debit card for the amount of the order. A positive balance must be kept in the account until the package ships at which time your card will be charged.
Prepaid* When order is taken Funds are deducted from your card and placed on hold. A positive balance must be kept in the account until the package ships at which time your card will be charged.  Additional time will be needed to process funds.
 *We accept major credit/debit cards & prepaid cards with a Visa, Discover or MasterCard logo.
 
SALES TAX: All food and hygiene items are taxable. Food items are taxed at a rate of 4.85%. Hygiene items are taxed at the rate of 7.85%. Please refer to the order form on how to calculate your tax rate.
 
SHIPPING: All shipped orders will be charged $7.95 (Non-Refundable). Cancelled orders will not be charged.
 
DELIVERY: All orders will be shipped weekly during the order taking period.
 
PACKAGE DISCREPANCIES: Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please check all your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be missing, defective or damaged in shipping, please notify a facility staff inventorying your package immediately. The employee will verify any discrepancy and report it to Union Supply Direct. Damaged or defective food and hygiene items will be refunded. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.
 
Restocking Fee: If a package or item(s) is returned by you or your facility for any reason other than because the item(s) are damaged or the wrong item(s) were sent, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund. Shipping Fees are non-refundable for refused packages.
